With a focus on serving the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) community, Dr. Michel combines her extensive knowledge of psychology with her multicultural background to create a therapeutic space that promotes healing, growth, and empowerment.
During the initial sessions, she will collaborate to create a plan for addressing your thoughts and feelings in a way that helps you get your life back. She will work with you on identifying coping skills that alleviate your symptoms. Most of her clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within a few weeks.

Do you accept insurance?
I am a Lyra provider. I am an out of network provider for other insurances. If you have a PPO, I can provide you with a superbill to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. You may also use your FSA or HSA for payment. Immigration evaluations are not a covered benefit under medical insurance.
